PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Nikita Kucherov had three goals and an assist, leading Tampa Bay to the victory.

Kucherov moved into the NHL lead with 80 points, continuing his battle with Colorado’s Nathan MacKinnon for the top spot.

Brayden Point and Brandon Hagel each had a goal and an assist as Tampa Bay won for the sixth time in seven games. Michael Eyssimont also scored, and Andrei Vasilevskiy made 29 stops.

Jaime Drysdale and Cam York scored for Philadelphia, which has dropped three in a row. Cam Atkinson had a goal and an assist.

It was Drysdale’s first goal since he was acquired in a Jan. 8 trade with Anaheim for one of the Flyers’ top prospects, Cutter Gauthier.

Samuel Ersson made 15 saves in his second consecutive start for Philadelphia. He likely will serve as the Flyers’ No. 1 goaltender for the foreseeable future after Carter Hart took an indefinite leave of absence for personal reasons.

SENATORS 4 CANADIENS 1

MONTREAL (AP) — Shane Pinto scored his first goal since he completed a 41-game suspension for activities related to sports wagering, and the Senators beat the Canadiens for the second time in six days.

Pinto lifted Ottawa to a 3-0 lead 6:22 into the second period. It also was Pinto’s first goal since he signed a contract with the Senators on Friday.

Ridly Greig, Jake Sanderson and Mathieu Joseph also scored for Ottawa, which won for the fourth time in six games. Joonas Korpisalo made 24 saves.

Johnathan Kovacevic, back in the lineup after three games as a healthy scratch, scored for Montreal, which lost its third game in a row. Jake Allen stopped 24 shots.

BLUES 4 FLAMES 3

CALGARY, Alta. (AP) — Brandon Saad had two goals, helping St. Louis rally for the win.

Brayden Schenn and Jordan Kyrou also scored for St. Louis (23-20-2), which trailed 3-1 in the second period. Nick Leddy had three assists, and Jordan Binnington made 32 saves.

Saad made it 4-3 with his 13th goal with 48 seconds left in the third.

MacKenzie Weegar, Noah Hanifin and Yegor Sharangovich scored for Calgary (21-21-5), which has lost three in a row. Jacob Markstrom made 22 stops in his return from a lower-body injury.

STARS 5 RED WINGS 4

DETROIT (AP) — Roope Hintz had two goals and an assist, leading Dallas to the victory.

Jamie Benn, Mason Marchment and Esa Lindell also scored for the Stars, and Wyatt Johnston had three assists.

Dallas has won seven games in a row over Detroit.

David Perron, Alex DeBrincat, Dylan Larkin and J.T. Compher scored for the Red Wings, who dropped to 8-3-1 in their last 12 games. Jake Oettinger made 30 saves.

GOLDEN KNIGHTS 3 ISLANDERS 2

NEW YORK (AP) — Adin Hill made 40 saves in his return from an injury, leading the Golden Knights to the win.

Ivan Barbashev and Nicolas Roy each had a goal and an assist for Vegas. Sheldon Rempal also scored, and the defending Stanley Cup champions rebounded from a 6-5 overtime loss Monday at New Jersey.

Hill made his first start since Dec. 17. He had missed 22 of the previous 23 games with a lower-body injury.

Brock Nelson and Jean-Gabriel Pageau scored for New York. Ilya Sorokin finished with 24 saves, but the Islanders dropped to 1-1 since new coach Patrick Roy took over when Lane Lambert was fired Saturday.

WILD 5 CAPITALS 3

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Marcus Johansson scored twice in Minnesota’s third consecutive victory, and Joel Eriksson Ek and Marcus Foligno each had a goal and an assist.

Brock Faber also scored for the Wild, and Filip Gustavsson made 31 saves.

Minnesota has won four of five after losing eight of nine.

Anthony Mantha scored twice and T.J. Oshie once for the punchless Capitals. Washington has lost four of seven, scoring more than two goals in just three of those games.
