Southland Transportation says no school buses running on Monday in Medicine Hat

School buses are cancelled but schools remain open.

The extreme cold temperatures over the weekend has resulted in Southland Transportation cancelling school bus routes for Monday, Jan. 15.

In an email sent to parents by the Medicine Hat Catholic Board of Education, the bus cancellation effects both morning and afternoon routes.

The Medicine Hat Public School Division also uses Southland Transportation for bringing its students to the classroom.

Prairie Rose School Division also advised all bus routes are cancelled for Monday.
