Tigers play Broncos twice to wrap pre-season this weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB – This weekend marks the end of the pre-season tune-up for the Medicine Hat Tigers.

The Tigers host the Swift Current Broncos tonight at 7 p.m. at Co-op Place and then travel east for a return match with the Broncos on Saturday.

The Tigers swept a home-and-home series last week against the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The orange and black won 7-3 in Lethbridge on Sept. 5 and 5-4 in Medicine Hat on Sept. 9.

Brayden Boehm leads the Tigers with three goals and two assists in the pre-season.

The regular season gets underway on Sept. 22 when the Tigers face off against the Hitmen in Calgary. The Tigers’ home opener comes Sept. 23 when they host the Hitmen. Puck drop is at 7 p.m.
