MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Kinsmen Club of Medicine Hat is getting its ducks – hopefully 1,000 of them – in a row with Duck Derby 2023 fewer than two weeks away.
Cameron Kemp, a member of the local club and Kin Canada National president, says the ducks have been resting since the rest last year and are ready to go in Kin Coulee Creek on June 24 at 11 a.m.
Kemp joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to discuss one of the fundraisers the club has the most fun with each year, how you can sponsor a duck, the prize money to be won and the event’s duck mascot.
