City wants community feedback on Medicine Hat air service
MEDICINE HAT, AB – The city has launched an online survey for the community to share feedback about air service demand, needs and wants in Medicine Hat.
“We are always looking to improve air service and the passenger experience for residents and travellers who visit Medicine Hat and the surrounding area,” said Logan Boyd, Medicine Hat Regional Airport manager in a news release. “Gauging the community’s existing methods of travel, in addition to business and leisure air service needs is an ongoing effort that we revisit frequently to assist in shaping our priorities when we communicate with air carriers and other airport stakeholders.”
The survey is available online through the City of Medicine Hat’s Shape Your City page. The survey is open until June 2. The responses are confidential and the results will be summarized to protect data integrity.
There are currently 21 departures per week from the Medicine Hat airport to Calgary International Airport on WestJet. The route is served by the Saab 340 aircraft with a maximum capacity of 34 total seats.
