U13 Irvine Bulldogs win Tier 3 provincials

IRVINE, AB – The Tier 3 U13 Irvine Bulldogs are provincial champions.
The Bulldogs beat the High Prairie Wheat Kings in a 7-6 nail biter.
The Bulldogs went into the third period with a 5-4 lead and held on to clinch the win.
The Bulldogs went 5-0 this weekend at the provincial finals that were held at the Bold Centre in Lac La Biche.
Head coach Greg Knoll told CHAT News all 17 players on the team contributed to the win with both goalies playing in the final match.
