Cubs tied 2-2 heading back home

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Cubs’ second-round playoff series is down to a best-of-three.

The Cubs fell 6-4 to the Cochrane Generals on Wednesday in Game 4 of their Heritage Junior Hockey League battle.

Kyle Woolridge continued his hot play this series, scoring once and adding an assist. He has seven goals and two assists in four playoff games. Patrick Forde of the Generals in postseason scoring with nine goals and 13 points.

Cooper Hilworth, Jackson Bowal and Levi Schlosser also scored for the Cubs in the loss.

The series shifts back to the Kinplex for Game 5 on Friday with puck drop at 8:15 p.m.

That could be the start of three games in the days for the clubs. Game 6 will take place in Cochrane on Saturday and if Game 7 is needed it goes Sunday at 5:15 p.m. at the Kinplex.
