Nature Centre to display a Mosaic of Medicine Hat

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program wants to put local artists on display this spring.

Staff at the Police Point Park Nature Centre say the April exhibition will be called Mosaic of Medicine Hat and will be built by the community.

A release from the program says the display will showcase the “beauty of our city interpreted through the eyes of our local citizens.”

Artists of any skill or experience level are welcome to contribute and organizers will accept almost any kind of artwork. “Painting, photography, poetry, sculpture, you name it! We want to see creativity and diversity.”

Submissions can be brought to the nature centre. Those dropped off before March 29 will be featured in the display launch and more submissions will be accepted and added until the middle of the month.
