Coaldale RCMP investigating fatal rollover

COALDALE, AB – A man has died following a fatal single-vehicle collision in Lethbridge County.

The Coaldale RCMP said that officers responded to a single-vehicle rollover at Highway 512 and Range Road 194 in Lethbridge County at 2:40 a.m. on Saturday.

Police and emergency medical personnel found a man in his 40s in an overturned vehicle. The RCMP said the man was the only occupant of the vehicle and was transported to hospital by ambulance. He was later pronounced deceased in hospital.

Police said in a news release that “signs of impairment were located at the scene of the collision.” The Coaldale RCMP continues to investigate the collision with assistance from the RCMP collision analyst.
