Rattlers Roundup: Basketball teams go winless

MEDICINE HAT, AB – It was a light weekend for Medicine Hat College athletics, and one to forget.

The Medicine Hat College Rattlers men’s basketball team lost a pair of matchups against St. Mary’s University. The squad fell-92-65 on the road Friday and 82-70 at home on Saturday.

The women’s team also squared off against St. Mary’s University and fared no better. They lost 77-47 on Friday and 76-48 on Saturday.

The teams will hope to turn the page quickly, hosting Lethbridge College on Friday and travelling to Lethbridge to take on the Kodiaks on Saturday.

The Rattlers women’s hockey team played an exhibition game in Vauxhall against the Lethbridge Junior Eagles. No result from the game is available.
