MEDICINE HAT, AB – Food is a big part of the holiday season for many and the options are plenty between the turkey, the candy, the baking and so much more.

Registered dietitian Jennifer Paterson of Sedona North Healing Arts says there’s a way to enjoy the feasting and avoid the guilt that sometimes follows.

Paterson joined Dan Reynish on CHAT News at Noon to talk about choosing wisely at the food table and indulging in the few things that are really important to you, and she shared a few healthy food ideas for the holidays.
