New Year’s Eve Fest at Big Marble Go Centre

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The annual New Year’s Eve Fest is returning to Big Marble Go Centre.
An assortment of fun, family activities will take place from noon to 4 p.m. to help you say farewell to 2022.
The following activities are included:
- Swimming – Make a splash and join us in the Kinsmen Aquatic Park! The Wibit Sports Aqua Track will be set up. Swim times are regulated to maintain capacity levels. Swim tickets for one of two swimming times (12 p.m.-1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.-4 p.m.) may be picked up upon entry.
- Skating – Public skating will be offered in the Cenovus Arena. Ice will be cleared at 1:30 p.m. to allow the little ones to watch the Zamboni in action! Skating will resume at 2 p.m.
- Family Nerf Wars – Take aim and join the battle for our popular Nerf Wars! Blasters are supplied while supplies last. All ages are welcome. At the admission desk, patrons are asked to select one of four playing times to guarantee your spot:
- 12 noon-12:45 p.m.: Family Nerf Wars #1 – Fieldhouse 2
- 1 p.m.-1:45 p.m.: Family Nerf Wars #2 – Fieldhouse 2
- 2 p.m.-2:45 p.m.: Family Nerf Wars #3 – Fieldhouse 2
- 3 p.m.-3:45 p.m.: Family Nerf Wars #4 – Fieldhouse 2
- Tot Time – Preschool-aged children will have a blast exercising their gross motor muscles in the gymnasium!
- Floor Hockey – Big kids and adults can show off their dekes and dangles in Quadrant 3 of the gymnasium.
- Inflatable Alley – Bounce into the New Year on inflatable obstacle courses, slides and jumping castles courtesy of Dunmore Dugout in Fieldhouse 1.
- Yard Games – Enjoy household favourites in Quadrant 2 in the gymnasium.
- Puzzles, Games & Play Doh – located in the child-minding room.
- New Year Countdown and Balloon Drop – Ring in the New Year at 3:45 p.m.
