Medicine Hat teams ring up medals at Ed Horvath tournament

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat ringette teams have served notice that they can skate with anyone.

The Medicine Hat Ringette Association says local teams medaled in each division this weekend at the annual Ed Horvath Interprovincial Ringette Tournament.

The U19 Medicine Hat Chicken Hawks and U14 Medicine Hat Mud Dawgs each won gold medals, with the U12 Medicine Hat Phoenix winning silver and the U16 Medicine Hat Matrix taking bronze.

In the Open B division, the Medicine Hat Smash finished first and the Medicine Hat Force did the same in the Open C division.
