Pregame: Hurricanes at Tigers

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat tigers are back home for three games, with the first Saturday night against the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The Tabbies last game was Friday in Calgary where they took a 5-1 loss against the Hitmen. Their only goal coming from Pavel Bocharov, that being his 4th of the season.

That loss was the Tigers fourth in a row having been outscored 14-7 in those games. A positive from those games has been Bocharov who has 2 goals and 1 assist in that time.

These two teams have had two prior matchups this season splitting those games 1-1. The first was a 9-1 victory for the hat in their home opener, where Forward Gavin McKenna had a hot start to his WHL career with 4 points. .

In the Second game it was Lethbridge who came out on top 5-4 in regulation. In that game the Hurricanes leading scorer this season, Cole Shepard was able to get on the board. Shepard has 13 points this season, that made up with 7 goals and 6 assists.
