Vehicle crashes into house in NE Medicine Hat

MEDICINE HAT, AB – It was quite the wake-up call for some residents living in NE Medicine Hat.

Medicine Hat Police responded to a home in the 500 block of Sixth Street NE just before 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.

A Jeep Grand Cherokee reportedly stolen from Brooks had crashed into the attached garage on a home. Luckily no one was injured but the cost of the damage and impact to the structural integrity of the garage are still being determined.

Patrol officers along with the K9 unit searched the area looking for the driver but were unable to locate the suspect.
