Planned power outage in Redcliff

REDCLIFF, AB – The City of Medicine Hat says power will be out for a section of Redcliff until mid-afternoon on Tuesday.

The planned power outage affects First Street and Second Street SE residences from Sixth Avenue to Redcliff Way.

The city says the outage is required as part of an overhead conductor replacement project to improve reliability in this area.

Each outage will last about six hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Alleys will be closed and residents are asked to stay back seven metres for their safety.
