Water line repaired but boil water advisory remains for Bow Island

BOW ISLAND, AB — A broken water line near the water treatment plant main line in Bow Island has reen repaired.

However a boil water advisory remains in place for Bow Island.

Residents are instructed to bring water to a rapid boil for one minute prior to use.

Officials are flushing the water line and the advisory will remain until water tests are completed and acceptable results are obtained.
