Tips to keep dogs and other pets cool in the heat
MEDICINE HAT, AB – When temperatures are consistently over 30 C humans have a hard enough time keeping themselves cool. Sometimes a reminder is needed about keeping your furry friends cool as well.
The main thing Barb Weiss wants you to know is to not leave your pet in your vehicle on hot days.
“It’s no different than it is with your kids. We don’t want to be leaving our dogs and cats inside,” says the practice manager at Crossroads Animal Hospital.
