VIDEO: Chuckwagons return to Medicine Hat

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Half Mile of Hell is back in Medicine Hat.

The annual June stop by the World Professional Chuckwagon Association in Medicine Hat was cancelled the past two years due to the pandemic. The chucks will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and will end with the Dash for Cash at 2 p.m. on Sunday and despite the rain this week, they will go tonight.

We met Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede general manager Ron Edwards at the track today to talk about the return of the chuckwagons, the excitement they bring and the field of drivers.
