Saskatchewan resident bought $70M lotto ticket in Alberta

Someone in Saskatchewan has won a huge jackpot.

A $70-million Lotto Max ticket purchased in Alberta belongs to a Saskatchewan resident.

Lottery officials says it’s the largest prize ever won in the Western Canada Lottery region and also the largest awarded in Saskatchewan.

The winner is to be presented with a cheque Tuesday in Regina.
