Lich was granted bail on March 7 with a bond set at $25,000.

Now home, Lich is subject to a range of strict conditions. Superior Court Justice John M. Johnson ruled Lich must reside at her home address, and she is prohibited from logging-in or posting messages on social media. She is also prohibited from organizing any COVID-19 related protests or communicating with other convoy organizers including Pat King and BJ Ditcher.

Upon her release on bail, Lich was also required to leave Ottawa within 24 hours and be out of Ontario within 72 hours. She was also required to report her location daily on the way back to Medicine Hat.

Lich was arrested Feb. 17 in Ottawa, and was charged with counselling mischief. She was originally denied bail on Feb 22, after Ontario Court Justice Julie Bourgeois ruled for her to stay in custody for the safety and protection of the public.
