Letters 4 Seniors at Police Point Park

Write a letter for a senior in a care facility

Feb 3, 2022 | 9:39 AM

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program doesn’t think one day is enough for Family Day. They’ll be celebrating it all month long.

The first event is Letters 4 Seniors on Feb. 6, to celebrate the family members that it’s been hard to connect with over the past two years and who may be experiencing isolation.

You’re invited to Police Point Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to make a letter for a senior resident of a Medicine Hat care facility. You only need to bring your creativity, supplies will be provided and the delivery will be done by interpretive program staff.
