Taber man dies in crash on Highway 3

BOW ISLAND — A 27 year old man from Taber died as a result of a two vehicle crash on Highway 3 last night.

Bow Island RCMP say he was driving a pick up westbound between Bow Island and Burdett, when he was in collision with a semi truck heading east.

The 27 year old died at the scene.

RCMP say his name will not be released.

The crash, near Highway 879, happened just after 11:30 last night.
