Santa Claus making his way through Medicine Hat this week

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Santa Claus is coming to town and could be in your neighbourhood tonight.

He began a five-night tour of our community last night in Redcliff and Crescent Heights and will make his way through the rest of the city this week.

The man in red is touring Medicine Hat in support of the Medicine Hat News Santa Claus Fund.

He will be heading to Cottonwood and the Southeast and Southwest Hill Tuesday evening, and Desert Blume and Southridge on Wednesday.

He’ll visit Dunmore and Ross Glen on Thursday before ending his tour on Friday in Crestwood, Connaught and the Flats.

The parades take place from 6-8 p.m. nightly.

Following the Friday tour, Santa will head to the Santa Claus Fund holiday home at 3084 Dunmore Rd. for a parking lot party with hot chocolate, cookies and live music.

The annual Santa Claus Fund Auction also recently took place and went over the $1 million mark for money raised over the years.
