Here are the Final Weekly Top-10 Rankings for all four Tiers of 12-man high school football in Alberta and the 6-man rankings as well for the 2021 season.

Teams will now take their rank into Provincials. The teams are slotted into Tiers based on their school size. Please note that games vs. US opponents, scrimmages, or tournaments are not taken into consideration for ranking or listed in the overall record of the schools.

GAME(S) OF THE WEEK:

Provincials Qualifying

Most of the qualifying has been done and most of the opponents are set for next weekend’s first round of the ASAA Provincials. However there still is a game on Tuesday in the Metro Edmonton Region between Leduc and Bellerose to determine the Tier II rep that will play Lloydminster. Plus, the Brian Fryer (Top 4) Tier I Playoff Bracket and the Wildcard for the Regional Tier I draw have yet to be determined by the ASAA. Again, so we are abundantly clear – the Football Alberta Rankings do not determine qualifying for the Brian Fryer Bracket – a special committee of the ASAA has been struck to do that and they will make their announcement by Monday.
