Part of FLC swim area will be closed this weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB – If you are used to going for a swim or a dive in the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre at the Family Leisure Centre, you won’t be able to this weekend.

The lanes, dive tank – including diving boards and rope – and the waterslide will be closed both Saturday and Sunday for a swim meet.

The wave pool, tot pool, hot tub and steam room will remain open regular hours, 12-8 p.m. on Saturday and 12-6 p.m. on Sunday.

Also, a heads up if you’re going for a swim tomorrow the dive tank, lane pool and variable depth pool (for Aquafit) will be cooler than normal in order to prepare for the weekend swim meet.
