Bridge behind Medalta being upgraded

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Construction has begun this week to upgrade a pedestrian bridge behind Medalta Potteries on a trail connecting Saratoga Park to Strathcona Island Park.
In a news release, the City of Medicine Hat says a section of the Seven Persons Creek Trail leading to the bridge will be closed.
The project is expected to be finished by the end of November.
The city asks residents and park visitors to obey all signage and barriers around the construction site and use caution around any equipment in the area.
