Since 1996, Ivan and his wife Wendy have been running Badlands Harley Davidson, located just 3km east of Medicine Hat. While the dealership has won many awards, if you’ve been into the store, you’re probably more familiar with the amazing customer service and charity work they do, particularly the annual Toy Run.
Badlands Harley Davidson was nominated by someone who experienced their exceptional service firsthand:
“Well, last weekend I was out for a bike ride with my friends. On the way back we decided to stop at Harley to look at stuff. Well, when we were leaving my clutch cable snapped in the parking lot, leaving me stranded. I went in and the parts guy informs me that they didn’t have the part in stock. Well then, the owner, Ivan, went back into his personal stash and found me what I needed. In 34 degrees weather he was up underneath my bike to help me get on my way. Amazing service and a big thank you to Ivan from Badlands Harley Davison, thanks.”
