MEDICINE HAT, AB – The first Medicine Hat Rodeo since 2019 wrapped up on Saturday afternoon.

Kolby Wanchuk’s 85 point ride on Duffy Rodeo’s Chili Bean was enough to take the saddle bronc title.

In the bareback competition, Jake Vold scored 84.5 points on Duffy Rodeo’s G7 Little Rotten for the win.

The steer wrestling title went to Straws Milan with a quick time of 3.6 seconds.

In the team roping competition, Ponoka’s Brett Buss and Klay Whyte secured the win with a time of 5.0 seconds.

Traci MacDonald from Erskine clocked a fast 17.027 second ride to win ladies barrel racing.

The tie down roping event ended in a tie between Logan Bird and Morgan Grant both finishing at 8.3 seconds.

Nick Tetz scored 84.5 points on Kesler Rodeo’s Switchback to take the win in the bull riding competition.
