People’s Party of Canada leader campaigns in Medicine Hat
MEDICINE HAT, AB- As suspicion looms of a possible early federal election, Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People’s Party of Canada, made a stop in Medicine Hat Sunday, as part of a cross Canada campaign.
Some two dozen people, gathered at Riverside Veterans’ Memorial Park to meet the federal leader and hear more about their platform.
“I want people to understand that we as the PPC we do things differently and we have solutions for people who are frustrated with Ottawa. Like I said in my speech we won’t sign the Paris Accord. We won’t impose a carbon tax. We are the only political party against these draconian lockdowns,” Bernier said.
