MEDICINE HAT, AB — A 44-year-old city man is facing a charge of dangerous driving, after police clocked him doing 141 kilometres an hour in the 30 km/h speed zone next to Southview school.

It happened around 8 p.m. last Friday as cyclists and pedestrians were enjoying the evening.

They helped point police in the direction of travel and officers eventually found the vehicle as it had smashed into a detatched garage and rear fence of a home.
