Medalta & Esplanade reopen its doors

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Alberta’s Stage 2 Open for Summer Plan includes opening entertainment venues and museums at one-third capacity.

Locally, that includes Galaxy Theatre, Medalta, and the Esplanade, as well as the Copper Coulee Casino.

After six months of being closed, Medalta is now allowed to resume tours. You can prebook pre-book self-guided and guided museum tours by visiting this link.

The Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre hours of operation will be from Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 5 PM.

The Archives Reference Services is open for in-person research in the Reading Room. TREX Space will be open Monday to Friday 1-5:30 PM.
