More funding for Waterfront District Vibrancy Development Incentive
MEDICINE HAT, AB – The first round of the Waterfront District Vibrancy Development Incentive is fully subscribed and now more money is available.
Invest Medicine Hat and the City of Medicine Hat are announcing an additional $400,000 for the incentive.
Eric van Enk, director, investments and strategic planning for Invest Medicine Hat, says it was overwhelming to see the community’s positive response to this incentive.
“Residents and businesses are excited about the new Waterfront District and the endless opportunities this will bring to the community. This was evident in how quickly the incentive was subscribed,” he says in a news release.
