FLC offering outdoor group fitness classes

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Due to the summer reopening plan from the Alberta government, the Family Leisure Centre is able to offer in-person outdoor fitness and aquatic fitness.

Registration opens Saturday, May 29 for group classes that will begin on Tuesday, June 1.

Outdoor fitness will be held at the Kin Plaza just outside the FLC.

Aquatic fitness will be held at Hill Pool. There will be limited change room access.

The FLC says to bring your own pool noodle or aqua belt for deep water classes.

Up to 9 participants can join for both dry-land and water classes.

Two metre distancing will be in effect and registration is required for all classes.

You can get a monthly pass or pay for single classes.
