Highway 3 Connector stops rolling
Mar 19, 2021 | 3:34 PM
MEDICINE HAT, AB – The brakes have been put on a rural transportation pilot program launched by the NDP government in 2018.
The Highway 3 Connector program was intended to cover gaps in rural transportation left by Greyhound’s departure from western Canada that year.
The bus connected Medicine Hat and Lethbridge, making stops in Redcliff, Seven Persons, Bow Island, Burdett, Grassy Lake, Purple Springs, Taber, Barnwell, Cranford and Coaldale along the way.
There is no word on if the service will return in the future.
