UPDATE: Bow Island woman, three children located safe

UPDATE from RCMP: Bow Island, Alta. – Please be advised that Jessie Foyston (aka Howell) (41) and children Enrique Alvarado, Natalie Alvarado,and Katelyn Howell have all been located safe. The Bow Island RCMP would like to the thank the public for their assistance.

BOW ISLAND, AB – Bow Island RCMP received a report on Nov. 24 of a wellbeing check on a female and her three children.

In a media release sent today, RCMP say Jessie Foyston (aka Howell), 41, and children, Enrique Alvarado,12, Natalie Alvarado,10, and Katelyn Howell, 5 were last spoken to by a family member during the first week in November. RCMP say Foyston may be driving an older model white Chevy Suburban, unknown licence plate.

Neighbours have not seen Foyston recently, she is new to the community of Bow Island and has no other connections to the area.

Jessie Foyston is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 5’5
  • Heavy build
  • Light brown hair
  • Hazel eyes

Enrique Alvarado is described as:

  • Hispanic male
  • Curly dark brown hair
  • Brown eyes

Natalie Alvarado is described as:

  • Hispanic female
  • Shoulder length brown hair
  • Brown eyes

Katelyn Howell is described as:

  • Caucasian female
  • Blonde hair
  • Blue eyes
