Kipling and Spencer Street reopened

MEDICINE HAT, AB – The Kipling and Spencer Street Corridor has reopened five months after being closed to upgrade water and sewer mains in the area.
In a release, the City of Medicine Hat says construction is now complete on this year’s phase of the multi-year project.
Part of the road remains at the base-lift asphalt stage, so motorists will see caution cones marking hazards such as protruding catch basins along the curb, says the city.
Work will continue adjacent to the roadway until the end of 2020 while crews complete finishing work and site cleanup. This work is not expected to impact traffic.
