Serious police incident on Trans-Canada Bridge

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat police were called to the Trans-Canada Bridge this morning for a woman in distress.

Motorists were asked to avoid the westbound lane while the police dealt with this incident.

Officers were able to safely negotiate with the woman and she was taken to hospital.
