'Tis the season

City begins putting up festive lights

MEDICINE HAT, AB – If all the snow on the ground isn’t making you think of Christmas maybe some festive lights will.

City of Medicine Hat crews began installing its festive lighting around the city today.

Motorists are reminded to obey all traffic signs and posted speed limits in the area.

The city’s schedule, weather dependent, is as follows:

1. Downtown
2. 1st Street SE
3. Maple Avenue Bridge
4. 8th Street NE
5. Division Avenue N near 20th Street NE
6. Kingsway Avenue SE and South Railway Street SE
7. Trans-Canada Way SE
8. Carry Drive SE
9. Dunmore Road SE
10. 13th Avenue SE .
