School canceled Monday for Prairie Rose School Division students

REDCLIFF, AB- A blustery winter storm bringing heavy snow, and poor visibility has resulted in a snow day tommorrow (Monday) for students at the Prairie Rose School Division.

” Based on current weather information and the deterioration of road conditions across southeast Alberta, Prairie Rose School Division has made the decision to close all schools on Monday, November 9th. This means no buses will be running and no students or staff should be driving to the schools,” the Prairie Rose School Division said on their website.

The division adds the safety of students and staff is their top priority and they do not wish to see anyone travelling until crews have had the chance to clear the main roadways.
