Employees at Redcliff Family Dental Centre test positive for COVID-19

REDCLIFF, AB- Employees working at Redcliff Family Dental Centre have tested positive for COVID-19. The Alberta Dental Association and College confirmed the positive cases to CHAT NEWS on Friday.
“The ADA&C is aware of a dental practice where employees have tested positive for COVID-19. Those involved are co-operating with the ADA&C and public health to limit the risk of spread. Alberta Health is responsible for contact tracing to identity all individuals who have had close contact with the confirmed cases. This practice took significant measures to further prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of patients and staff,” said Dr. Randall Croutze, CEO, Alberta Dental Association and College.
The Alberta Dental Association and College were unable to confirm the number of employees who tested positive and instead referred CHAT News to Alberta Health Services.
