Irrigation upgrades to Norwood green spaces starting this week

MEDICINE HAT, AB – A trio of cul-de-sac park areas in the Norwood neighbourhood are getting upgrades starting this week and lasting as long as the weather holds out in the 2020 construction season, according to a city release.

The upgrades will be replace old irrigation systems along the green spaces on 23^rd, 25^th and 27^th streets southeast to maintain the health of trees and grass in the park areas.

Traffic along the affect streets will be unaffected by the work.

Work will take place from between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
