
Two new COVID-19 cases in Medicine Hat and two more recovered
There are 898 new cases of COVID-19 in Alberta in Monday’s online update and just two of those are in Medicine Hat.
Despite the two new cases, Medicine Hat remains at three active cases, with two previous cases now recovered. The city now has a total 87 cases over the course of the pandemic with 82 recovered and two deaths in addition to the three active cases.
There were 311 cases confirmed on Oct. 16, 231 on Oct. 17 and 356 on Oct. 18.
The total number of COVID-19 cases across the province stands at 22,673. There are 3,138 active cases, up 302 from Friday, and 19,243 recovered cases, up 592.
