Erosion repairs needed along First Street SW

MEDICINE HAT, AB – First Street SW between Second Avenue and Chinook Drive will be closed to vehicle traffic next week.

Crews will be in the area repairing erosion along the slope and embankment.

The work will begin on Oct. 19 and the road will reopen on Oct. 25. The sidewalk will remain open to pedestrians throughout the project.
