City closing park washroom, kitchen facilities for the season

MEDICINE HAT, AB – It’s another sign that summer is coming to an end.

The City of Medicine Hat will soon be closing some of its park washroom and kitchen facilities.

The following will be closed on Sept. 28.

• Kin Coulee Kinette Korner – washrooms & kitchen
• Kin Coulee Band Shell – washrooms
• Saamis Rotary Park – washrooms
• Kiwanis Central Park – washrooms & kitchen
• Ross Glen Park – washrooms
• Echo Dale – washrooms in concession building
• Lions Park – washrooms
• Optimist Park – washrooms
• Saratoga Dog Park – water tap will be turned off

Due to unforeseen issues, the Kin Coulee south washroom by the tunnel has already been closed.
