Music in Nature back at Police Point Park

Sep 10, 2020 | 9:54 AM

MEDICINE HAT, AB – It was so good the first time, the Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is doing it again.

Music in Nature II will take place on Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m.

“Our first Music in Nature Jam Session was a lovely assortment of instrumental music-lovers: guitars, a drum, a ukulele, petal drums & shakers,” reads a release.

As per current public health guidelines, there is a “no singing” stipulation at the event and physical distancing will be encouraged between musician cohorts and listeners.

Participants are encouraged to bring their musical instrument of choice, a blanket or chair and an “open mind to either participate or enjoy listening to whatever may be created – from harmony to cacophony!”

Organizers ask anyone who is planning to attend to call 403-529-6225 so they can provide contact information and the exact location. A sign-in sheet will also be available at the event.
