National Youth Advisory Council

RCMP seeking youth voices

Aug 12, 2020 | 11:05 AM

The RCMP is looking for young Canadians to join the National Youth Advisory Council.

The council helps shape RCMP youth programs and strategies and discusses the important issues faced in their communities.

Applicants must be Canadian residents, between the ages of 13 and 21 and ready to engage in an online forum for up to four hours per month from October to June.

Those on the council will connect with youth from coast to coast to coast, hear from and interact with RCMP officers and experts, and will get a reference letter and volunteer experience.
