MEDICINE HAT, AB- The search continues today for a missing person along the South Saskatchewan River.

Yesterday, the Medicine Hat Fire Department told CHAT NEWS, they received a report of a missing person at approximately 5:30 p.m. Crews searched for hours but were unable to locate the missing man.

The fire department could not provide much specifics on Saturday in terms of the identity of the missing person, but MHPS said early Sunday that the missing person is a 31-year-old male, 6 foot one, who was wearing blue camouflage shorts at the time of disappearance.

Foul play, alcohol, and drugs are not believed to be factors, according to police.
