Galaxy Cinema reopens today

MEDICINE HAT, AB – Medicine Hat’s Galaxy Cinema opens again today.

At 1 p.m. Sonic the Hedgehog will start, lighting up one of the theatre’s screens for the first time in more than four months.

It will be a different experience than four months ago, with many health and safety measures in effect.

All seating is reserved, contactless purchase and entry methods are encouraged and there will be limited concessions available.

As well, employees will be required to wear the personal protective equipment they need, masks are recommended for guests and plexiglass shields will be installed at all employee-facing points of sale.
