Pedestrian dies after hit by vehicle in Tower Estates

MEDICINE HAT — For the second time this week, there’s been a fatal accident on a city street.

A 71 year old pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at around 8:20 Tuesday night on Anson Avenue S.W. in Tower Estates.

The man was taken to hospital by ambulance where he succumbed to his injuries.

The city police traffic section continues to investigate but police can’t say if any charges will be laid.
